Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct detailed assessments and develop care plans
• Administer psychotropic medication and monitor effects
• Facilitate community services for client support
• Educate caregivers and health professionals on mental health issues
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse or Psychiatric Nurse license with BCCNM
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of mental health treatment strategies
• Effective communication skills with diverse populations
• Possession of a Class 5 B.C. Driver's License
