Key Responsibilities:

• Implement patient-focused nursing care following standards

• Forge strong relationships with residents and their families

• Assess and document care plans accurately

• Evaluate and update plans based on resident needs

• Mentor and teach unregulated care providers

Requirements:

• Current registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse

• Solid clinical knowledge with an emphasis on elderly care

• Experience working with seniors is a plus

• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification

• Must be able to pass a Vulnerable Sector Check
