Phoenix Society is hiring a Casual Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) offering flexible hours to meet diverse client needs. Collaborate with health professionals to provide exceptional care in a dynamic setting.
As a critical member of the clinical team at the Main Campus, you will assist in assessments, monitor client outcomes, and manage medication according to care standards. This role supports individuals with complex health issues and requires strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in client examinations and treatments
• Evaluate nursing interventions for effectiveness
• Maintain up-to-date health records and documentation
• Support clients in achieving health program goals
• Administer medications as prescribed
Requirements:
• Post-secondary nursing diploma or equivalent
• Active BCCNM registration as a nurse
• 1-3 years relevant nursing experience
• First Aid Level 1 and CPR certifications
• Valid driver’s license
