At Fleetwood Villa, Cogir Senior Living is looking for compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses. As part of our multi-disciplinary team, you will build trusted relationships with residents and their families.
Your role includes evaluating care plans, managing assessments, and leading unregulated care providers with mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver patient-oriented nursing care per provincial standards
• Complete clinical care assessments and documentation
• Implement, evaluate, and adapt care plans as needed
• Teach and mentor unregulated care providers
• Foster strong communication with residents and families
Requirements:
• Current registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse in BC
• Experience working with seniors preferred
• Knowledge in gerontology or long-term care is an asset
• BCLS and First Aid certification required
• Willingness to complete Vulnerable Sector Check
