Position: LPN Role with West Coast Seniors Housing
Join West Coast Seniors Housing Management as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Lead and coordinate comprehensive care for residents while contributing to a nurturing community.

In this role, you'll serve as a key team leader under the Director of Care. Your duties involve creating and evaluating individualized care plans while working collaboratively with families and interdisciplinary teams. Additionally, you'll monitor residents' health conditions, administer necessary medications, and provide vital support to fellow staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop individualized care plans based on resident assessments

• Administer prescribed treatments and medications effectively

• Document health condition changes and notify relevant parties

• Actively participate in care planning meetings

• Coach and mentor care team members

Requirements:

• Licensed as an LPN with BCCNM

• Valid First Aid certification required

• Experience in long-term care is an advantage

• Pass a Criminal Record Check fully

• Proficient in English and basic computer applications
