Part-Time Registered Nurse, Operating Room

The Registered Nurse position within Surgical Services involves assessing, planning, and implementing care for patients undergoing surgery. Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate patient care needs pre, during, and post-surgery

• Coordinate nursing duties and delegate tasks efficiently

• Maintain safety standards and prepare surgical instruments

• Participate in quality improvement and patient care evaluations

Requirements:

• Graduation from a recognized School of Nursing

• Current registration with BCCNM

• One year of clinical nursing experience

• Completion of applicable post-graduate coursework

• Strong clinical proficiency and effective communication skills
