As an Operating Room Registered Nurse, your primary mission will be to assess and meet the needs of patients in alignment with BCCNM standards and Fraser Health policies. This position involves direct patient interactions, implementing care plans, and adapting to the evolving needs of patients. You'll work closely with physicians and health care teams to uphold the highest standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and implement patient care plans

• Admit patients and manage OR care coordination

• Advocate and ensure patient confidentiality

• Prepare and maintain surgical instruments

• Engage in ongoing education and mentorship efforts

Requirements:

• Licensed RN from an accredited School of Nursing

• Active registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives

• Minimum one year of relevant clinical experience

• Post graduate specialty training preferred

• Strong ability to communicate and collaborate
