You will coordinate nursing care, conduct assessments, and use various technologies for patient support. Key Responsibilities:
• Assess, plan, and evaluate nursing care for patients
• Participate actively in therapeutic programs on the Unit
• Monitor patients through technology and conduct assessments
• Communicate care plans effectively with healthcare teams
• Advocate for patient rights and promote autonomy
Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
• Current registration with BCCNM as RN/RPN
• One year experience in inpatient mental health services
• Class 5 Driver's License for business purposes
• Skills in crisis intervention and patient education
