This role involves collaborating with an interprofessional care team to deliver comprehensive mental health services. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations
• Support therapeutic programs on the unit
• Collect and document patient data accurately
• Advocate for patients’ rights and accessibility
• Engage in the continuous evaluation of care practices
Requirements:
• Relevant nursing degree from an accredited institution
• Current BCCNM registration as an RN/RPN
• One year of relevant mental health experience
• Class 5 Driver's License and access to a vehicle
• Proven skills in crisis intervention and counseling
