As part of Fraser Health, you will offer vital nursing care, working closely with interdisciplinary teams in assessing, planning, and delivering care to pediatric patients. This position encourages building therapeutic relationships with patients and families, further ensuring comprehensive care from admission to discharge.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess pediatric patients comprehensively upon admission
• Implement and evaluate tailored nursing interventions
• Foster collaboration with healthcare team members
• Teach patients and families about health maintenance
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Approved Nursing School Graduate
• Practicing registration with BCCNM
• Recent pediatric clinical experience
• Post-graduate education in pediatrics preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
