Fraser Health is currently seeking a Registered Nurse for part-time relief work, covering until December 2026. Your responsibilities will include providing direct nursing care, facilitating care transitions, and collaborating with healthcare teams to meet client needs effectively. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct nursing assessments and interventions
• Develop and monitor individualized client care plans
• Educate clients and families on healthcare options

Requirements:
• Active registration as a Registered Nurse in B.C.
• Minimum one year of related clinical experience
• Necessary BC Driver's license for work purposes
