• Provide direct, high‑quality nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders.
• Assess, monitor, and document resident health status changes.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and families on care plans.
• Supervise Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.

• Valid, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in California.
• Current CPR/BLLS certification.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in post‑acute, skilled nursing, or long‑term care is preferred but not required. New graduates are welcome to apply!
