This LPN role involves direct patient care within an interprofessional team, focusing on comprehensive evaluations and care strategy implementation. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct physical examinations and nursing assessments
• Monitor and report on client care outcomes
• Administer medications as prescribed
• Collaborate in multidisciplinary treatment efforts
• Maintain detailed healthcare records
Requirements:
• Nursing diploma (2-3 years) required
• Registered with BCCNM as an LPN or RN
• Experience in trauma-informed nursing care
• Completion of relevant health safety checks
• Valid driver's license necessary
