Palliative Care Nurse Hilltop House

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess client needs across physical and emotional domains

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and initiatives

• Implement best practices in palliative care delivery

• Educate families about care processes and practices

• Monitor and document client progress and care interventions

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with BCCNM licensure

• Two years of medical-surgical experience required

• Experience in Palliative Care preferred

• Excellent documentation and communication skills

• Knowledge of best practices in symptom relief
