Fraser Health is seeking a Relief Part Time Registered Nurse to deliver direct patient care in the Surrey, B.C. area until approximately March 2027. You’ll work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, utilizing your clinical expertise to assess and meet the needs of clients in both urgent situations and longitudinal primary care. This role emphasizes person-centered and culturally safe healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care for scheduled or urgent cases

• Assess client conditions and gather patient history

• Develop collaborative care plans with healthcare teams

• Screen referrals and coordinate with community resources

• Educate clients on health promotion and self-management

Requirements:

• Current registration with BCCNM as a Registered Nurse

• One year clinical experience in acute or urgent care

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Valid BC Driver's license and access to a vehicle

• Strong communication skills and client-centered focus
