Clinical Care Manager for LPNs

Lead clinical excellence as a Clinical Care Manager – LPN in a full-time, salaried role. Support nursing staff and enhance resident-centered care while ensuring compliance with standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily clinical operations and support nursing staff

• Act as clinical resource for licensed practical nurses and health care assistants

• Manage resident assessments and care planning

• Participate in quality audits and incident reviews

• Assist with staff education and mentoring programs

Requirements:

• Current LPN registration with the college

• Minimum five years nursing experience in related settings

• Leadership and supervisory experience preferred

• Current CPR certification

• Experience with electronic health records
