As the Health and Wellness Manager, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), your expertise as a leader will shine through coordinating personalized care plans, conducting detailed resident assessments, and maintaining accurate Electronic Health Records (EHR). You will play a critical role liaising with regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance with BC Assisted Living regulations, and enhancing resident and family communication.

We are looking for a Health and Wellness Manager, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a minimum of 3 years' experience in assisted living or long-term care, strong knowledge of BC health authority standards, and proven skills in documentation, incident reporting, and staff training

Qualifications:

• Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN - BCCNM (required)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in assisted living, long-term care, or a related seniors' care environment
• Professional fluency in both Korean and English (Asset)
• Familiarity with Community Care & Assisted Living Act and the Assisted Living Regulations along with Fraser Health Authority processes

Must provide a complete and current Vulnerable Sector Check (including a Criminal Background Check) within the last six months or be willing to obtain one.
