• Collaborate with partners on quality practices

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards

• Manage nursing team performance and development

• Oversee monthly quality and safety reporting

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Nursing or Health Care Management

• Minimum 5-7 years of healthcare leadership experience

• Registered Nurse designation with an active license in Ontario

• Strong communication and critical thinking skills

• Ability to travel within Ontario as required
