Fraser Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to work in Surrey, providing primary health care for refugees and vulnerable populations in our New Canadian Clinic at Jim Pattison Outpatient Care and Surgery Centre.
You will collaborate with family physicians, NP colleagues, social workers and community providers, delivering care to a diverse patient population across pediatrics, obstetrics, chronic disease and mental health with a focus on health education and self-management.
