Key Responsibilities:

• Lead skin and wound care initiatives across Fraser Health

• Conduct educational sessions for staff on best practices

• Assess and inform learning requirements for nursing professionals

• Collaborate to enhance patient care and risk management

• Facilitate mentorship and preceptorship in clinical settings

Requirements:

• BCCNM Registered Nurse with current registration

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in skin and wound care

• Education or leadership experience is required

• BC Driver's License and personal vehicle availability

• Proficiency in conflict resolution and problem-solving
