Part Time Licensed Practical Nurse

The successful candidate will deliver nursing care within a collaborative multidisciplinary team, performing assessments, planning nursing interventions, and providing essential support to patients and their families. Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patient and family strengths and needs

• Support families in health care decisions

• Participate in care plan development and updates

• Document nursing care and patient safety

• Operate necessary medical equipment efficiently

Requirements:

• Completion of a recognized practical nursing program

• Current registration with BCCNM

• Effective communication and organization abilities

• Strong knowledge of nursing standards

• Physical ability to fulfill nursing responsibilities
