As a Registered Nurse, you will provide essential nursing care focused on individual residents' needs while participating in their care planning. Monitoring their health status and administering prescribed medications will be key aspects of your role, ensuring a pathway to optimal care outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop person-centered care priorities with interdisciplinary collaboration
• Record residents' observations and document interventions
• Evaluate care plans and modify based on residents’ conditions
• Mentor and assess performance of health care assistants
• Maintain accurate records using technological tools
Requirements:
• Recognized Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Valid RN license with BC College of Nurses and Midwives
• Basic Life Support certification
• At least one year of nursing experience in a similar setting
• Strong commitment to resident rights and care
