Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate care needs of pediatric emergency patients

• Develop care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams

• Document nursing observations and treatment outcomes

• Consult with family members on treatment and care

• Provide training on safe practices for nursing staff

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing program in BC

• Recent experience in pediatric psychiatric nursing

• Knowledge of relevant mental health legislation

• Demonstrated skill in emergency care and crisis management

• Physical and emotional ability to handle challenging situations
