Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and evaluate tailored care plans for residents

• Communicate with families about resident conditions

• Support discharge planning with healthcare managers

• Facilitate resident participation in therapy sessions

• Administer medications including injections and manage first aid

Requirements:

• Current nursing license from College of Nurses

• Experience in geriatric or rehabilitation nursing

• Understanding of key healthcare regulations

• Experience in training and orienting nursing staff

• Skills in collaboration and effective communication
