Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and treat undiagnosed physical and mental disorders
• Communicate health findings and treatment plans to patients
• Lead interdisciplinary discussions on patient care
• Oversee follow-up care and adjust treatment as necessary
• Collaborate on healthcare strategies to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements:
• Current registration as a Nurse Practitioner in B.C.
• Prior clinical nursing experience with mental health focus
• Ability to supervise healthcare personnel
• Knowledge of population health assessments
• Strong leadership skills in a collaborative environment
