Position: BC Immigration Centre Nurse Lead Role
Take the lead as a Clinical Nurse Lead at the BC Immigration Holding Centre, focused on delivering quality healthcare and guidance to nursing staff. This onsite role features flexible scheduling and an on-call rotation.

In this vital role, the Clinical Nurse Lead is responsible for ensuring high-quality, client-centered nursing care. You will oversee daily nursing operations, support your team in clinical decision-making, and work directly with clients as needed. Strong leadership and excellent communication skills are critical for collaborating with healthcare staff and external partners to enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and manage nursing workflows

• Step in as RN to ensure continuity of care

• Facilitate orientation and ongoing training for staff

• Assess and implement care plans for clients

• Coordinate with external healthcare resources

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with BC College of Nurses and Midwives

• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience

• Strong critical thinking and assessment skills

• Ability to engage with diverse populations

• Flexibility for onsite work 5 days/week
