Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise Patient Care Coordinators and Charge Nurses

• Oversee patient placement activities and resource allocation

• Implement policies for improved patient access

• Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams

• Ensure safety protocols are maintained during transitions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and current BC license

• 5 years of relevant acute care experience

• 2 years' supervisory experience in a healthcare setting

• Valid BC Driver's License essential

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
