Oversee nursing operations as a dedicated Director of Care, enhancing service quality in a community focused on Complex Care and Assisted Living. Drive compliance and motivate passionate caregiving teams.

As the Director of Care, your focus will be on supervising nursing operations and guiding your team to provide exceptional, personalized care. You will collaborate with families and multidisciplinary staff to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards. Your leadership will also encompass budget management and creating a positive environment for staff in a unionized setting.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with BCCNM registration

• Minimum of 3 years in leadership roles in long-term care

• CPR certification mandatory

• Master’s degree in progress preferred

• Must be able to obtain a Vulnerable Sector Check
