Position: RN/RPN Psychiatric Nursing Role in BC
Become a Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse and provide psychiatric care in British Columbia, focusing on patient-centered assessments and health promotion. Your clinical expertise will shape patient outcomes.

In this critical role, you will assess, plan, and implement individualized nursing care for psychiatric patients, drawing on your knowledge of mental health treatment. This position emphasizes collaborative communication with healthcare teams and strong advocacy for patient rights. You will also engage in staff education and contribute to improving care standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate nursing care for psychiatric patients

• Write reports on patient observations and education

• Collaborate with team members during interprofessional conferences

• Participate in research and quality improvement efforts

• Maintain a safe and supportive care environment

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program

• Minimum one year experience in an acute psychiatric setting

• Valid BCCNM registration
