As a key member of the nursing team, you will engage in providing tailored nursing interventions for patients undergoing interventional procedures. Emphasis will be placed on continuous monitoring and adapting care plans based on patient needs. You will also work closely with healthcare professionals to facilitate patient education and ensure their rights to autonomy and dignity are upheld.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide specialized nursing care pre- and post-intervention
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures
• Facilitate clear communication with patients and families
• Document care accurately in multiple formats
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse with current BCCNM registration
• High acuity specialty nursing certification required
• Current CPR certification mandatory
• At least one year of experience in a high acuity setting
• Strong problem-solving and priority-setting abilities
