In this pivotal position, you will bring your expertise to Fraser Health’s Medicine Unit, focusing on evidence-informed practices in skin and wound care.
Your role is to mentor staff and guide educational programs to ensure high-quality patient outcomes while actively participating in quality assurance initiatives across Fraser Health.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical guidance in skin and wound care
• Mentor nursing staff and conduct educational sessions
• Evaluate healthcare practices and suggest improvements
• Assist in clinical research and quality management
• Facilitate individualized patient education on wound care
Requirements:
• Current BCCNM Registered Nurse license
• Three years of hands-on experience in the field
• Educational background in leadership or mentorship
• Certification relevant to the specialty area
• Possess a valid BC Driver’s License
