Join Chartwell Crescent Gardens in Surrey, BC as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Provide exceptional care and support to enhance resident experiences within a vibrant community.
This full-time LPN role involves performing assessments, administering medications, and supporting Health Care Aides under the practiced care philosophy. You'll communicate regularly with residents and families, ensuring their comfort and addressing any evolving needs while documenting care activities per standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver personal care and basic medical treatment
• Facilitate family involvement in resident care
• Monitor and record residents' physical and mental health
• Ensure all care plans are followed and documented
• Uphold high service standards in nursing duties
Requirements:
• Completion of an accredited LPN program
• Current registration with the appropriate LPN body
• Background in geriatric nursing principles
• Empathy toward seniors with strong service orientation
• Awareness of applicable nursing regulations
