In your role, you will assess resident needs, developing comprehensive service plans while leading a clinical team. Your responsibilities will also include monitoring care quality and ensuring recruitment, training, and performance management for all care staff. This position deeply influences residents' quality of life, emphasizing comfort and dignity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure effective selection and orientation of care staff
• Develop tailored service plans based on assessments
• Monitor care quality and address any incidents
• Foster partnerships with healthcare professionals
• Assist with departmental budget management
Requirements:
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing with BCCNM
• Management experience with a focus on results
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Current First Aid CPR/Basic Life Support certification
• Must be eligible to work in Canada
