Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and address clients' psychiatric and physical health needs

• Facilitate effective care plans tailored to individual clients

• Participate actively in team discussions about client progress

• Utilize therapeutic skills to support clients through crises

• Document and report on patient responses and interventions

Requirements:

• Graduated from an approved nursing school with RN designation

• At least 3 years of experience in a mental health setting

• Current First Aid certification and valid B.C. Driver’s License

• Comprehension of trauma-informed care models

• Physical capability to perform nursing duties effectively
