Key Responsibilities:
• Provide evidence-based clinical guidance in wound care
• Lead educational initiatives for staff and clients
• Create and assess professional development programs
• Participate in quality improvement and risk management
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to resolve care issues
Requirements:
• Registration with BCCNM as a Registered Nurse
• Three years’ experience in skin and wound care
• Leadership experience preferred in community health
•
Required:
Valid BC Driver's license
• Completion of recognized wound care course
