This opportunity at Fraser Health invites an experienced Nurse Practitioner to take on a pivotal leadership role. Your expertise in Primary Care and passion for mentoring will be central to driving excellence and collaboration among Nurse Practitioners. By engaging in strategic initiatives and quality improvement, you'll contribute to enhancing patient outcomes and healthcare delivery processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide and support Nurse Practitioner professional development
• Lead quality improvement initiatives for patient care
• Collaborate on strategic NP role development
• Develop supportive networks for NP mentorship
• Maintain an active clinical practice as necessary
Requirements:
• Current NP registration with BCCNM
• Three years’ experience as a Nurse Practitioner
• Five years of related clinical or educational experience
• Strong leadership ability in healthcare settings
• Familiar with emerging health care challenges
Drive the development of Nurse Practitioners and influence healthcare strategies at Fraser Health.
