Fraser Health is currently hiring for a Relief Full-Time LPN position, expected to last until November 2026. Your responsibilities will encompass all phases of surgical patient care, emphasizing effective teamwork and patient safety. Collaborating with RNs and surgical staff not only enhances patient care but also fosters a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and document patient care processes before and after surgeries

• Execute scrub and circulating duties in the OR

• Report patient conditions and concerns to the RN

• Participate in staff meetings to improve patient care standards

• Provide guidance for new staff during their orientation

Requirements:

• Graduation from a recognized Practical Nurse program

• Current BCCNM registration and O.R. qualifications

• At least one year in an acute care environment

• Basic cardiac life support certification

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
