Key Responsibilities:

• Perform nursing assessments and establish interventions

• Collaborate with patients and families for effective care

• Document care processes and outcomes properly

• Teach self-care and health maintenance to patients

• Mentor new nursing staff and participate in committees

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program

• Current BCCNM registration is essential

• At least two years' relevant nursing experience

• Post-graduate coursework in renal nursing is desirable

• Proficiency in initiating intravenous therapy
