Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct risk assessments on newborn admissions
• Provide thorough reports for shift handover
• Participate in high-risk neonatal deliveries
• Administer nursing care per standards and guidelines
• Ensure records are accurate and current
Requirements:
• Graduate of an approved Nursing School
• BCCNM registered with at least one year of neonatal experience
• NRP certification required
• Capability to work independently and within teams
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
