Fraser Health is looking for a skilled Part Time Registered Nurse to join the Renal Services Hemodialysis team in Surrey, B.C., until approximately December 2026. Ideally suited for candidates with post-graduate Nephrology education, this role encompasses essential nursing duties within a supportive inter-professional environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough assessments for incoming patients
• Collaborate in evolving care plans with a healthcare team
• Prioritize and delegate nursing tasks effectively
• Educate patients and families about health care choices
• Keep precise documentation following practice standards
Requirements:
• Degree from an accredited School of Nursing
• Registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives
• Minimum of 2 years' relevant clinical experience
• Completion of post-graduate coursework in nursing
• Capable of initiating intravenous therapies and assessments
