The Interventional Radiology unit at Fraser Health is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse committed to person-centered care. You will provide comprehensive assessments, respond to critical situations, and promote informed decision-making among patients and families. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide customized nursing care and monitor vital signs
• Support physicians in pre-and post-procedure activities
• Anticipate and respond to emergencies during procedures
• Document nursing actions and patient responses accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for holistic care
Requirements:
• Registration as a Registered Nurse with the BCCNM
• High acuity specialty nursing certificate required
• One year relevant experience preferred
• CPR certification and emergency response skills
• Ability to mentor and guide new staff
