Cogir Senior Living is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse to join their Fleetwood Villa team. You'll be responsible for delivering planned and goal-directed nursing care while collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team. The position includes continuous training and offers the chance to build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide planned, patient-oriented nursing care

• Implement and evaluate care plans for residents

• Complete clinical assessments and documentation accurately

• Teach and mentor unregulated care providers

• Communicate changes in resident care effectively

Requirements:

• Current registration as an LPN in British Columbia

• Sound clinical knowledge and experience with seniors

• Strong communication and critical thinking skills

• Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification required

• Current Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to obtain
