Fraser Health is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to fulfill the SCNR role within their Surgical Service team. Your responsibilities include compiling, documenting, and submitting data related to surgical procedures to the NSQIP database. Engage closely with surgical leadership to identify and enhance clinical quality improvement initiatives while delivering reliable patient care data.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect and document data for NSQIP submissions
• Collaborate with surgical leaders on quality improvement
• Analyze patient data and identify trends
• Screen patients for ACS NSQIP inclusion
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings for data dissemination
Requirements:
• Current RN registration with BCCNM
• 2+ years in acute care surgical nursing
• Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies
• Proficiency in data analysis and extraction
• Strong communication and organizational skills
