RN/RPN: Youth Mental Health Community Liaison
Fraser Health Authority in Surrey, BC, is hiring a Full Time Registered Nurse/Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RN/RPN) as a Hospital Community Liaison for CYYA. You will work with interprofessional teams to provide recovery-oriented care and ensure linkage between hospital and community services, including crisis counselling and suicide prevention.
Qualified candidates must be registered with BCCNM, have two years of related experience with youth, and hold a valid BC driver's license.
