Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patient strengths and needs areas
• Support patient involvement in health care decisions
• Develop and modify individualized care plans
• Provide nursing care as per FHA standards
• Document all relevant care information
Requirements:
• Current LPN registration with BCCNM
• Minimum 1-2 years acute care nursing experience
• CPR certification and complete educational commitment
• Agreement to attend orientation and travel
• Preference for applicants without previous sponsorship
