You will assess patient needs, document care provided, and perform essential tasks including applying and adjusting casts under physician supervision. Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patient strengths and limitations thoroughly
• Document all care and procedure information accurately
• Operate essential equipment for patient care
• Assist in patient admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Apply and adjust casts under physician direction
Requirements:
• Current registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• Graduation from an Orthopaedic Technology program
• Two years of related experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to handle physical demands of the role
