Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients
• Perform scrubbing and circulating duties in the OR
• Coordinate patient admissions and care based on physician orders
• Maintain safety and emergency standards in the OR
• Engage in ongoing training and mentorship of peers
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse certification with BCCNM
• Minimum one year’s relevant clinical nursing experience
• Completion of post-graduate coursework or certification
• Strong communication and patient advocacy skills
• Clinical proficiency with various nursing interventions
