Advance clinical practice as a Casual Registered Nurse, Clinician with Fraser Health’s Medicine team at Surrey Memorial Hospital in Surrey, B.C.
This Nurse Clinician role provides consultation and clinical expertise in a medical setting. You will support staff, students, patients and families through evidence-informed practice, nursing assessment, education and clinical leadership. The position may involve multiple Fraser Health sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical leadership in evidence-informed nursing practice
- Role model direct patient care skills
- Assess patients with complex care needs
- Develop and deliver learner-centered education
- Participate in quality improvement and research
- Current BCCNM practicing registration as a Registered Nurse
- Three years of recent related clinical experience
- One year of education or leadership experience
- Post-graduate coursework or applicable clinical certification
- Valid BC Driver’s License and personal vehicle access
