The first‑ever Interventional Radiology Nurse Practitioner role in Canada is launching at Surrey Memorial Hospital, and we’re looking for a visionary NP ready to shape the future of IR care. As Fraser Health expands Interventional Radiology services across the region including new state‑of‑the‑art suites at SMH this position is central to building a sustainable, high‑performing, patient‑centered IR program.

The salary range displayed above reflects the broader compensation range associated with this position classification. The applicable salary range for this Nurse Practitioner position is CAD $76.31-$83.94 per hour
, with placement within the range determined by relevant Nurse Practitioner experience.

• Clinical assessment and management of patients before, during, and after IR procedures
• Expedited consults, follow‑ups, recovery, and discharges
• Performance of minor procedures within NP scope to enhance continuity of care
• Collaboration with Interventional Radiologists, nurses, and allied health to support coordinated, patient‑centered care
• Participation in population‑based planning, policy development, and outcome evaluation
