Key Responsibilities:- Promote best practices in senior care
- Approach resident wellness holistically
- Build purposeful relationships with residents and families
- Contribute directly to personalized wellness plans
- Perform assessments and connect with Health Care Providers
- Current registration with the BCCNM
- Good standing with the BCCNM
- Current CPR certification
- Effective communication with residents and team members
- Long-term care or assisted living experience considered an asset
